Accommodation
The school provides housing for all students, offering different kinds of accommodations at extremely reasonable prices giving students the chance to live in Italy as an Italian.
All housing options, carefully selected by our expert staff, are within walking distance of the school.
Students do not need to pay any deposit, since the entire amount must be paid in advance on the first day of the course directly to the proprietor.
Students can choose between host families, furnished apartments and a hotel
Housing with local families and costs
Students live in comfortable homes along with their host families with single or double room occupancy. All families are carefully selected and meet the highest standards and criteria required by the school’s housing office. All homes are within easy walking distance of the school. Homestay students enjoy a memorable immersion experience of genuine Italian life and hospitality while practising the language and getting to know the locals.
For this housing arrangement, 3 different combinations are available:

Housing in a furnished apartment and costs
Apartments are fully furnished, including linens, washer, as well as kitchen utensils and appliances. All apartments are within easy walking distance of the school. They vary in size and number of bedrooms.

Housing in a Hotel and costs
For those who wish to spend a holiday in Italy in a historical atmosphere, enjoying the best Italian cuisine, culture and nature, housing in the hotel is ideal. The use of the swimming pool is included in the price.
