Our Story
The school was founded in 1994 in Mondavio, one of the most beautiful villages in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, initially as a local committee of the Dante Alighieri Society. The school began its activities with the goal of spreading the Italian language and culture among students from around the world.
Over the years, the school has acquired its own identity, becoming an independent centre for teaching the language and promoting Italian culture. It has welcomed students of all ages and nationalities, offering Italian language courses and activities aimed at discovering the traditions, history, and art of our region.
Today, with over thirty years of experience, the school continues to passionately offer experiences for those who wish to learn Italian in a welcoming, authentic environment, immersed in culture.

Students who choose this option have the opportunity to truly experience the warmth of Italian hospitality while practicing the language and making friends with the locals. All families are carefully selected by our staff and meet the school’s quality standards. All homes are located close to the school, and single and double rooms are available.

🏢 Furnished Apartment Accommodation
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with linens, a washing machine, and kitchen equipment. All apartments are located close to the school and may vary based on size and available bedrooms.
🏨 Hotel Accommodation
For those looking for a place to spend a vacation in the Marche region, immersed in an ancient atmosphere, culinary art, culture, and nature, hotel accommodations are ideal. A swimming pool is included in the price.

Free Time and Activities
an immersion in the Italian culture and lifestyle
Visit to farms producing wine, olive oil, pasta, cheese, or honey. Tasting of typical products immersed in the Marche landscape.
A workshop to make Italian pizza with a real wood-burning oven. Together with our trusted pizza chef, each student will roll out their own pizza, and we’ll all enjoy this iconic food together.
In this workshop, you’ll prepare and eat typical Italian and Marche dishes, while chatting and laughing. The menu includes a selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and side dishes made with seasonal ingredients, to be enjoyed together at the end of the evening.
Art Treasures
Every week, the school organises a guided tour to discover the most beautiful places in the Marche region. The excursions are an excellent opportunity to socialize and make friends with other students from around the world. All trips are led by a school collaborator.
Together to the beach or the countryside
To fully appreciate our territory and the Adriatic Sea, there’s nothing better than a nice walk on the beach or in the countryside. You can choose between the velvety beach of Senigallia, the sand and pebble beach of Fano, or the cliffs of Mount Conero overlooking the sea. For those who prefer the mainland, you can walk and explore the province’s interior, such as the surrounding area of Mondavio or the Furlo Gorge.
A game to discover the city, learn about its history and artistic beauty, and begin to orient yourself in what will be our new home for a few days.
A final dinner with all the students and host families, to say goodbye and remember all the wonderful moments spent together, waiting to meet each other again one day!
